T minus one week..
So things have been going really well :) Not a day of sickness ! ! ! I have been really lucky in that aspect. Was really tired in the beginning but feeling great. I have thought I felt “flutters” and I dont doubt that it is not him. A feeling I have never felt before. Nothing strong of course but very exciting..and STRANGE at the same time!
We have our next appointment (15 weeks and a couple days) will be just listening to the baby, pee in a cup and get my blood pressure.. nothing too exciting. BUT we will be scheduling our appointment for our “anatomy” scan a the hospital so that is exciting! Then we will FINALIZE if he is really a HE or if he is now a SHE! haha well either way of course i will love him/her will all my/our hearts but i do have to say i would be a teeny, just tad more excited if it were a boy…
Work has been much easier now that im not so tired.. oh and work knows now :) so thats nice not to be hiding/lying about that anymore. Was pretty funny telling them they were all VERY surprised. I think they were expecting to hear me say I was only just 5 weeks or a couple not 13. HAHA . none the less they have been nothing but supportive.
We are headed out of town this weekend so that should be a nice little break, Cat will watch the little buggers at home :) Thanks Cat! And we will be home sunday afternoon.
Well thats my update! :) Nothing really that new or exciting.. we got a bassinett, Bren found it and really liked it, this Eddie Bauer one, got it off good old Craigslist ;)
Now we just need to figure out if he is a HE then can register/get other things a little ready or start thinking about what we will do in his/her room!
